Ive been taking proactol and to be honest I haven’t seen any effects. I have been excercising and eating sensibly but nothing has happened in the past month. Plus it’s so expensive!

The reason why maybe that i forget to take the pill and then about an hour after the meal I remember and take the dose. Does this mean its ineffective? How long after a meal can you take proactol so that it still works?
It doesn’t say on the label/instructions
