im 17 and I know that taking a weight loss pill is kinda dangerous. Im starting a new plan to get healthy including eating healthy, and doing regular exercise, but is there any type of herbal pill or pill in general that will further my reach to lose weight? something to help curb appetite and help with losing weight? thanks for the help! oh and if you do have an answer….where could i buy them?

I’m not overweight, BMI wise I fall into the normal category, but I am looking to lose 10 lbs that I gained after working in a pastry shop for a year.
I’ve read a lot about herbal thyroid supplements helping people lose weight (along with diet and exercise, of course) as well as leptin supplements. I do not have a thyroid condition, but was wondering if these supplements are safe for people without a thyroid condition and actually aid in weight loss. I’m not interested in diet pills that claim to drop pounds, so if these are similar I’d like to know.
Any advice or personal experiences are greatly appreciated.
And also, I am only 19 if that matters any.
Thank you.

I’ve lost 24 lbs in 1 month without any exercise or specific diet. All I did was quit drinking my soda and started taking herbal weight loss pills (lipofemme). Is it possible that the combo caused this?
At first I thought it was water weight, but my scale reads my body fat percentage is lower.
I feel fine, but am slightly concerned at the drastic drop in pounds. I was 160, so it’s not that I couldn’t afford to lose weight…but is this much weight loss in 1 month normal?
