i’ve recently bought these and just wanted to know more about them…
have they worked for you? if so how much weight did you lose?
tips on how to make results better whist taking the pills.
and do you have to follow a set diet/excersise regime whilst taking them?

I have read a lot of positive stuff about ‘Zotrim‘ slimming pill, but no actual reviews from real people! Has anyone used it, and does it work? I have a healthy diet and go to the gym 3 days a week, but dont seem to be able to lose weight, and it’s getting me down. Ive about 2 stone to lose. Can anyone help? Please no silly answers

Hiya, i brought Zotrim herbal weight loss aid tablets from Boots Chemist. When i got home I opened the box & i realised that one of the tubs was already opened. Im going back to a different Boots Chemist to return them, as the one i purchased it from is way too far out for me to go back to. Do you think another branch of Boots Chemist will give my money back..??

I bought zotrim and i have to say- there bloody fantastic!
Today so far ive eaten
A fruit smoothie which had in it strawberries bannana’s and a pear
A bowl of light choices bran flakes
and for my dinner stirfry with a piece of small whole grain bread.
also i done my 20 mins on my fitnesscoach for Wii
and about another 30 mins in just general walking when i went out for to the shops.
Im building my staminia up slowly. But what i wanted to know is, how is my food so far?
Ill proberly have a piece of toast for supper and thats it
im doing more exercise late because im going bowling with the girls
okay zotrim is a diet pill that my nan was on years ago from the doctor but they took it off and put it on the local shelves.
It basically a fibre pill that swells in your stomach and makes youn feel fuller for longer and you become full more quickly.
Is that okay lol?

And lastly i dont eat meat you fool im a VEGETARIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
