hello .. my weight is normal/average
beacause i exercise and iam very active& eat healthy as well
.. on the other hand my sister is the exact opposite
eats junk food,doesnt care what she looks like,unhealthy, and very fat
until a month ago she realized that she was gaining to much weight
soo she started drinking this herbal green oxygen drink then in an hr she would
drink this shake …
this weight loss treatment consisted her of eating alot of junk food
the after diner she would drink a pill..
soo now i see that she is actually losing ALOT OF WEIGHT!!
because of that and shes staring to look like me now..
how is this possible if shes not eating healthy nor is she exercising!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been using gaia herbs acai berry for about 5 months now and i just realized they’re really not diet pills. i’ve researched and found out that Unique Hoodia really helps with supressing appetites and losing body fat. so
1. is that true?
2. are there diet pills that are better?
3. if you’ve used unique hoodia how was it?
