I want something for energy. Not necessarily a weight loss pill, but something to give me an extra boost. I work and go to school full time, and Im always tired. Ive been drinking mass amounts of coffee and energy drinks, and it feels like they dont do anything for me. So whats something I can buy, herbal or otherwise, that might help me make it through the day?
i would like to say again, im not looking for weight loss. i do not need to lose weight and i perfectly happy with my body. the problem is the lack of energy i feel all the time. im always tired, and im a very busy person. what can i take for energy?

I recently babysat a 6 month old baby. His parents gave me a product called Suddenly Slim Body FX The label said it is "The perfect Meal Replacement". It is a weight control Beverage Mix. The father said that the pediatrician said it was ok, but I have my doubts. This is what they are giving him instead of formula. This was the first time I met these people.
The baby also has the worse diaper rash I have ever seen. I think it is a yeast infection, but I am wondering if the stuff they feed him is causing it.
Here is a partial list of some ingredients from the company’s website.
Suddenly Slim is a weight loss program of diet pills and meal replacement shakes. Body FX. Each contain a large number of herbal ingredients which are common in diet pills, including: garcinia campogia, chromium picolinate, green tea, kola nut, hydroxycitric acid, chitin, dandelion root, cayenne, L-carnitine and many others
Should a 6 month old be consuming all that stuff?

right now i’m 17, 5’2” and 145 pounds. my doctor said that my ideal weight would be about 115-120 based on my frame size and all that. i’d like to lose this weight by summer so i can be healthier and look amazing. i’d also like to lose about 10 pounds by my junior prom, which is in about 3 weeks. but i just don’t know where to start.
1. what is a good diet to follow? a lot of family members have had success with the South Beach Diet. is it safe? how much weight can i lose on phase 1?
2. are there any vitamins/minerals/herbal things that increase weight loss? like, will drinking 2 cups of green tea a day help? or apple cider vinegar before meals? or anything like that?
3. how much water should i drink a day? i don’t want to be dehydrated, but i don’t want to overload my body with water either.
4. i’m joining a gym as soon as i get back home from vacation on saturday. do gym memberships come with like a day of personal training so that you know what machines to use and how to use them? or would i have to pay extra for that?
5. are there any other exercises that i should do in the mornings and at night at home, like crunches, push ups, etc? which ones and how many?
please no adds for acai berry crap or any other weight loss pills. i’m only 17 so i’m not even allowed to use them. and i want to do this all on my own. if i take any pills, it’ll be vitamins.
thanks in advance.

I work out regularly, eat healthy, generally maintain a healthy lifestyle. However my weight loss has plateaued and I cant seem to do anything to get rid of 20lbs no matter how much I change up my work out routine or food. I think I would like to try herbal supplement, or diet pills to jumpstart my metabolism. Anyone know of any that actually work (ive seen ads for a pink patch, wu-yi oolong tea…etc). Has anyone tried any of these and recomend anything?
